Lost in Space

Yeah, that's right. We are currently in development of our new game, which now has working title "Lost in Space." What is this game about? Well, it's about space. And that's about it. But, of course, you just don't roam through galaxies and watch exploding stars (EVE Online is already out, anyway). Our game designer Martin Strnad will tell you more about "Lost in Space."

Could you please explain what is this game all about? I know it was you, who came up with that idea!
It's all about space man. And it's full of stars! One star - me, that is. But seriously, it's based on good old gravity puzzle formula tweaked to perfection by the idea of point and click or tap and hold type of gameplay. So it's pretty easy to learn but hard to master, as all great games of gaming history are. I don't want to spoil too much, but it all revolves around using the momentum gained by orbiting various objects with their own gravity fields and using it to reach the goal within time and fuel constraints. And yes, it takes place in space.

What are the main features of the game? We all know, that this idea is not entirely new...
Let's start with the biggest ones and then follow to the smallest ones. Space, nebulas, stars, (top secret feature), planets, (another top secret feature), asteroids, (yet another secret), your ship, space junk, those small robots that sound like this - "miniminiminiminimini". Sure, it's not a new idea. There will always be someone who came up with any idea before you or me, but I think that we are finally utilizing the idea of physics based, orbiting objects in space type of gameplay to its full extent. We shall prevail where everyone else have failed!

You describe yourself as the "crazy one", what part of the game is the craziest in your opinion?
That's probably the part when "top secret feature" reaches "top secret scene" and then it "top secret animation". And then me, being the guy in charge of the game of course.
